Hayes was officially diagnosed with Level 2 Autism at age 3. He was primarily non-verbal until he turned 4. Now at age 5, he talks up a storm and started Kindergarten at a public elementary school.
My journey with him has been anything but easy, and self-care became non-existent. The Overstimulated Momma represents my way of decompressing and embracing my own chaotic life while also supporting my son.
